We’re a married couple expecting our first child and are looking for a supportive, experienced doula for one-hour prenatal and postpartum sessions covered by our Anthem PPO plan. We are in our mid-to-late thirties with a small senior dog. Mom is a high-risk pregnancy with higher anxiety, so we’re looking for someone calm, reassuring, and experienced in supporting first-time parents. Our primary goal is to build confidence through hands-on guidance and education rather than just caregiving. We would love support with newborn care basics including feeding (breastfeeding, pumping, and paced bottle feeding), diapering, burping, soothing techniques, swaddling, gas relief, and sleep support. We’re especially looking for someone who can actively teach and guide us during sessions so we can learn and feel confident caring for our baby. We would also appreciate guidance on what is normal for newborn behavior vs. when to be concerned. Hands-on help with bathing (especially the first few times) would be very helpful. For postpartum recovery, occasional guidance such as sitz baths, padsicles, and belly binding would be appreciated. Light baby-related tasks (cleaning bottles/pump parts, baby laundry) are a plus if time allows. We’re ultimately looking for a calm, supportive presence who can help ease anxiety and provide reassurance as we transition into parenthood. Overnight stays, up to 9 visits

I am a first time mom looking for birth doula and birthing education! We are an LGBTQ family and need someone willing to support/work with us. We want to do hospital birth because I have a low lying placenta but I struggle with not knowing what questions to ask/how to advocate.

I'm looking for a patient-centered doula who can advocate for my needs on delivery day. I want an easeful, peaceful birth where I can feel like my needs are fully heard. I haven't had the best experience with my Kaiser doctors thus far. I'll be delivering at Kaiser Sunset (I am a Kaiser patient so would need someone who takes KP insurance). Birth plan is low intervention/no rush, epidural.

Estimated Budget: I am looking for a doula whose services are fully covered by my Kaiser insurance plan who also has TIN and NPI. Birth Plan: I intend to utilize standard labor and delivery care at a Kaiser facility, coordinating with my medical team and my doula for a supported birth experience.Provider Requirements: The provider must be a Tagalog-speaking doula with some experience, and they must be officially contracted with Kaiser Permanente to ensure my insurance covers the cost. There are no specific certification level or years of experience requirements.Care Recipients: Care will be focused on myself and my newborn baby, arriving around my estimated due date of December 7, 2026.Additional Duties: No additional duties are required (such as sleep training, cleaning, cooking, or laundry). The focus is entirely on standard birth and immediate postpartum doula support.

I plan to give birth at Huntington hospital. I am looking for someone who is in network with Cigna PPO.

Looking to have between 8 and 12 postpartum overnight visits. Help with breastfeeding and sleep training would be preferable as well as helping us get some sleep. Estimated budget is around $3-$4k. We have Aetna but know that Aetna doesn’t cover most doulas.

2nd baby planning to give birth at Hoag in Irvine. I am attempting to do a vbac. My husband will be taking care of our toddler so I would be alone during labor and hospital stay. We have Blue Shield Trio HMO so hoping it would cover cost of birth support. Besides that our budget is about 1200.

Looking for a cpr certified night nurse. Someone who can assist us at night to help with our newborn, help create a schedule, work with us to assist me in recovery as well.
