hospital birth, will be using kaiser insurance. will need help before, while giving birth and after.
This will be my first birth. I don't like the idea of giving birth in a hospital. I'd like a home water birth. I'm not sure about budget or at what it starts. I want to prep my body so birth is not a horrible experience. I'd prefer someone with many years of experience, at least 5. And speaks English and Spanish. I'm 28 years old and I'd like to have a postpartum plan to include healthy eating habits and exercise.
I am looking for a birth doula to support me and my husband through labor and delivery. I plan to give birth at a hospital, unmedicated, and my insurance is Anthem Blue Cross. I have ideas for a birth plan, but nothing set in stone and am open to ideas from a doula on what to implement.

Want to reduce the cesarean and I’m open to pain meds, as I have low pain tolerance. I get anxious and tend to be panicky. Doula for a hospital birth that will provide services, and accepts kaiser insurance
We are planning on a home birth for our first child this August. We would like to use our insurance to cover the cost of a doula, we currently have a Blue Shield HMO plan. We would like this birth to be as positive and as natural as possible with little to no intervention, but understand hospital transfers do happen and that’s perfectly ok. I would really like a doula to help guide me and encourage/empower me to believe in my body’s natural ability to give birth at home. Attending the birth will be two midwives, my husband and my mom, and possibly a doula!
I will be using my UHC Healthcare HMO plan to cover the doula cost. I plan to birth at Scripps Encinitas. Planning on a medicated vaginal birth. Want delayed cord clamping.

It is only my husband who works so we are looking for flexibility. I want an unmedicated birth and have been wanting to be in the comfort of my own home. After experiencing miscarriage, being in a hospital setting is not something i really want.
