I plan to give birth at a hospital. Not sure about the budget just yet. I'd like the birth to go as natural as possible. My first was born through C-Section, and i'd like a VBAC this time around. I'd appreciate help postpartum with nourishing meals as I hope to breastfeed, as well as help & tips to establish a good milk supply.

My baby breastfed the first few weeks with no issues latching but I was concerned she was not eating enough and hadn’t been gaining quite enough weight, so I switched to pumping. She is now 9 weeks old and I want to switch back to breastfeeding however she has become refusing the breast. She will occasionally latch for 5-10 minutes but more often than not she will latch for a few moments and then cry and scream and refuse. I am afraid she has an aversion now and don’t know what to do.

I plan to give birth in a hospital, pregnancy is considered high risk due to age. This is my first time experiencing a pregnancy this far along, I need assistance in getting to know my rights in hospital. I would prefer low intervention but I know that also depends on my situation. I want to spend more time with baby right after birth and delaying clamping, skin to skin and help with lactation.
