Hi! My name is Laken, BSN, RN. I’ve been a nurse for 7 years and specialize in Neonatal Care. I have worked in the Neonatal intensive care unit for 6 of those years and have worked as a pediatric nurse in the clinic setting. I graduated nursing school from East Tennessee State University in 2016. I’m certified in Basic Life Support, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and STABLE. My passion is helping new parents navigate the unknowns of bringing home their precious newborn. As a new mom, I’ve found there’s always something new to learn! I want to help encourage and support parents through this exciting journey with the knowledge that I’ve gained over the years in my profession!
