I will be giving birth at McLaren in Lansing. I am looking for a birthing and postpartum doula.

This will be our 4th baby and we are looking for a night nanny to assist us for 3/5 nights a week for the first 4-6 weeks. This would look like laying good sleep foundations for baby, tidying up after baby, and whatever else comes with it while my husband and I sleep.

I would like to find a lactation consultant incase I am in need of them. Additionally I think it would be important to find help like a dula or night nurse if needed as well. Hospital birth - dmc hurron valley I’m unsure if cost as I have no idea where it would begin.

Hello! My name is Carly Kelly. My husband, Jack, and I are expecting our first child this December 2024. We’ve chosen U of M Ann Arbor as our hospital and are looking for doula support for our low intervention water birth. Our plan is to labor at home as long as possible, and go to the hospital for a midwife assisted water birth with natural pain relief methods such as essential oils, position changes, walking, and nitrous oxide which is a pain relief method exclusive to U of M. We are looking for a doula who will support us during labor and delivery, as well as in the weeks that follow with post partum care and newborn care. Overnight care would be a huge bonus for us as we are seeking overnight care a few nights a week. We are looking for a doula who works on her own or a team of 1-2 doulas. Our home is equipped to support a doula and make her job easier with comfortable accommodations, a clean and organized home, and good pay.
