About me

My name is Lashea and I am a dedicated mother of two with a lifelong passion for early childhood education, newborn care, and supporting families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. With over 15 years of experience in the early childhood "eld, I have spent 12 years specializing in the care of infants from 2 to 12 months of age. My journey began at the age of 14 and through years of hands-on experience, continued education, and professional development, that passion has grown into a fulfilling career centered around nurturing infants and empowering parents. I am both a Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) and a Certified Postpartum Doula, having completed my training and certification through the Newborn Care Training Academy. Throughout my career, I have accumulated thousands of hours of professional experience caring for newborns and infants in both educational and private home settings. My goal is to provide compassionate, experienced care while helping families feel confident, supported, and well rested during the early weeks and months of their baby’s life.
