About me
Hello! I’m Giselle Beuscher, a Postpartum Doula located in St Petersburg, Florida. I knew from a young age that I loved babies and found I had a knack for understanding and caring for them. After studying classical music in college, I decided that it made sense for me to pivot and focus on a career in childcare. Over the course of my career as a professional nanny and newborn care specialist, I’ve learned that I also love taking care of parents. In a similar way to watching an infant’s personality grow as they develop, it’s rewarding to see new parents develop their parenting style and grow more confident in their own ability to care for their children. I trained as a postpartum doula because I saw how support in the fourth trimester made a difference in the family’s long-term well-being, and wanted to do what I could to help.

Service introduction
Postpartum doula care focuses on “mothering the mother,” nurturing you so that you can nurture and bond with your baby. My job is to assess the best way to support you at any given moment, including physical and emotional support, information on newborn care topics, breastfeeding support, meal prep, care for newborn and older children, household maintenance, and more. I also offer overnight newborn care, as well as registry building services!
