Hello Allison, I hope this finds you well. This is my first pregnancy. I am in need of a doula to guide myself and my husband, Shaheen, through the pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period (including breastfeeding). We are hoping you can provide us with specific, actionable ways for Shaheen to support me during pregnancy, especially during labor, and during the postpartum period. I hope to labor at home as long as possible, avoid the epidural if possible, and I really would like to avoid a C-section. I am eager to learn about natural birthing techniques and positions that work with my body and gravity. Finally, my husband and I are Catholic, so we would appreciate a doula who is comfortable with prayer. Thank you for your time. Cheers, Elise 925-352-1942

Hello, My name is Shanya Prasad, and I am reaching out to inquire about your postpartum doula services. I recently gave birth to my son on June 20 and am looking for support as I navigate the postpartum period following a traumatic and unexpected birth experience. I would also appreciate guidance with breastfeeding, as it has been a significant challenge for me. I wanted to ask if you are currently accepting new postpartum clients and whether you have any availability in the coming weeks. If so, I would love to learn more about your services and how you might be able to support me during this time. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you. Warmly, Shanya Prasad
