I became a postpartum and infant care doula because I believe every family deserves compassionate, knowledgeable support during the tender postpartum period. Parenthood is a profound transition, and I am passionate about helping families navigate those early days with confidence and ease. With experience in newborn care, sleep shaping, feeding support, and emotional well-being, I strive to create a nurturing space where parents feel heard, empowered, and well-rested. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, gentle guidance, and a deep respect for each family’s unique journey.
