I offer compassionate, personalized birth preparation for women and their partners who want to feel confident, informed, and empowered as they approach birth. Through one-on-one birth preparation sessions, we explore your preferences, comfort measures, coping techniques, partner support, and the options available to you so you can make decisions that align with your values. My goal is to help you release fear, build trust in your body, and approach birth feeling prepared rather than overwhelmed. Whether you are planning a hospital birth or home birth, I believe you deserve education, support, and the space to make informed choices without judgment. Alongside birth preparation, I offer birth plan guidance, prenatal wellness support, and creative workshops centered around birth affirmations, visualization, and connecting with your vision for birth. I am also expanding into prenatal yoga to help women cultivate strength, flexibility, relaxation, and a deeper connection with their changing bodies. My approach blends evidence-informed education with a nurturing, holistic perspective, creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and encouraged to trust yourself. My heart is to help women move into motherhood feeling grounded, capable, and connected to their own intuition.
