Hiya, I’m Kori — a lifelong baby enthusiast, fan of moms, and Certified Full Spectrum Doula. After five formative years supporting families in NYC, I came home to Miami to care for the community that raised me. Nurturing and nourishing are at the heart of who I am. My sweet spot is daytime postpartum care: helping you feel cared for as you recover, get to know your baby, and find your footing in a changing family. I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and a steady presence to this work. Every family has its own rhythms, traditions, hopes, and questions. I want to understand yours. You don’t need to have everything figured out—or clean before I arrive. There’s room for joy, overwhelm, uncertainty, and whatever else you’re carrying. Your questions are welcome, your intuition matters, and your choices deserve respect. My full-spectrum approach honors the many paths through reproductive life and parenthood. Whether we’re preparing for birth or navigating life with your baby, my care makes room for your whole family, including partners and siblings. Root Into Rhythm — Daytime Postpartum Package

24 hours of personalized daytime postpartum support across six four-hour visits, completed within a three-week care window. Hands-on help with rest, nourishment, newborn care, feeding questions, and the household adjustments that come with welcoming a baby.

In the Groove — Daytime Postpartum Package

48 hours of daytime postpartum support across twelve four-hour visits within a six-week care window. Consistent, practical care as you recover, get to know your baby, and build a rhythm together.

Full Fourth Flow — Daytime Postpartum Package

72 hours of daytime postpartum support across eighteen four-hour visits within a twelve-week care window. Two visits weekly during weeks 1–6, followed by one visit weekly during weeks 7–12, with a planned transition at the end of care.

What to expect

Hands-on birth and daytime postpartum care shaped around your family. Support may include birth preparation, continuous labor support, nourishing meals, newborn care, feeding education, light household resets, and caring for your baby while you rest or shower. Partners and siblings are included, too. Serving Miami-Dade and Broward, with virtual and travel support by arrangement.

What does daytime postpartum support look like?

We always start with what would feel most helpful for you that day. I might care for your baby while you rest, prepare something to eat, help with feeding questions or newborn care, reset baby-related laundry and supplies, or talk through how everyone is adjusting. Care supports the recovering mama, baby, and household together.

Do you support different feeding choices?

Yes. Breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, combination feeding — your goals and circumstances guide our work together. I offer practical support and education within doula scope and help connect you with an IBCLC or clinician when specialized care is needed.

Can my partner or older children be involved?

Family involvement is always highly encouraged! Partners, siblings, and pets are part of the family’s transition, too. We can work on practical ways to share care, build confidence, and help everyone feel included in this big life shift.

Do you provide overnight care?

My current postpartum practice focuses on daytime support. Message me about your needs so we can discuss whether my care is a fit.
