At this first visit we’ll review your history and discuss your primary complaint and specific goals. Then a physical examination will be performed, including neurological and orthopedic tests and functional movement screening tests. Depending on your complaint, you may or may not have an internal exam on the first visit (and it’s always up to you if we do that), but you’ll leave with homework after this first exam.

Follow Up Pelvic Floor
After your initial visit, we’ll set a follow up visit with specific measurable outcome changes such as a decrease in pain, an increase in function or control of certain muscles, etc. Then we’ll follow up on these goals. We may or may not perform another examination as that is dependent on your complaint and whether or not you performed your homework as directed.

Follow Up Chiropractic
After your initial visit, we’ll set a follow up visit with specific measurable outcome changes such as a decrease in pain (severity or frequency), an increase in function, etc. Then we’ll follow up on these goals. After a brief review we’ll move right into the manual therapy portion of your treatment and you’ll receive exercises to perform at home to help prolong your results and decrease the likelihood of them returning to pre-treatment status.

Dr. Dash is amazing. She has such a great bedside manner and truly shows that she wants you to feel better. I felt very comfortable and heard. She not only will treat you but educate you in process. Never been adjusted and her approach and gentleness took all my worry and being nervous completely gone. Oh and her room is super cute and fun. :) Thank you Dr. Dash for taking my pain away.

Dr. Dash has been a God-send to me. I fractured my ankle and have been in a cast for 5 weeks. She has help me stay actively working by keeping my aches and pain under control and my body balanced. She is personal, pays close attention to detail & is very knowledgeable. More than a 5 star rating is due. Thank you Dr. Dash for keeping me at my best!!

Where do I even start, Dr Dash has been the most incredible chiropractor I have ever had. She makes every session fun and she makes you so comfortable. I look forward to all of our appointments, and I feel extremely cared for not only as a patient but also just as a person. I started seeing her due to a car accident which was traumatizing in itself, but I wouldn’t have it any other way because it led me to her.

Dr Dash is amazing! I love how she explains everything she is doing not only to treat you but also to educate you. I felt heard and cared for, which is hard to find in today’s medical world. I would 💯 recommend her as a chiropractor and a pelvic floor therapist. And I wish I had her when I was having babies. She’s the best.

Dr. Dash has been a blessing for my overall health. I’ve been to a few providers in the area and even some further away just to find the best care, until I stumbled upon her instagram page and have been in the best hands ever since. Dr. Dash is very welcoming, listens to my concerns and ensures I always leave my appointments knowing exactly where I’m at in my treatment and what I can do at home to help myself. She treats the whole body, explains everything in a way that makes sense and I genuinely look forward to every visit - knowing I will leave feeling better mentally and physically.

LOOK NO FURTHER — Dr. Dash is a true gem! I cannot express how much I appreciate this medical professional! She actually listens and treats healing as a whole-body experience. Her knowledge and approach have given me lasting results—something I struggled to find with traditional physical therapy, especially with my unique autoimmune issues. I've had two sessions with her so far, and she's the closest I’ve found to my former yoga therapy (which I no longer have regular access to because my therapist travels). That therapy combined reflexology, massage, and light yoga to improve circulation and release tension that caused numbness. Dr. Dash, though a licensed chiropractor, goes beyond the standard practice—incorporating methods that produce real, lasting results. For me, those results have meant less pain, reduced numbness, and a greater range of motion. She doesn’t push your body too hard—clear communication with her is key and healing is a process. She’s worth every penny. She takes insurance, offers payment options, and truly makes care accessible. I’m also excited for the future possibility of her being able to request lab work—having another set of eyes to interpret my blood results is something I’ve been wanting for a long time. I’m beyond grateful to have found someone who truly understands integrative healing and actually cares. Highly recommend!

Leah is one of the best chiropractors I know. She not only does chiropractic but many other things. If you are a new mom she can help you. Getting back on track. I went to Leah for an old shoulder injury that happened when I was 13 (I’m 40 now). My shoulder was so bad that my first season with her I cried like a baby because of the pain. I wasn’t able to rotate my shoulder or lift my arm. That same season I was able to walk out with less pain. Because of her I don’t have anymore shoulder pain, it took about a year to get to that point but it was worth it. I highly recommend her. She listens and doesn’t judge. She will make sure you leave feeling better than you did when you first walked in. Leah you are amazing. Thank you.
