About me

Formally practicing as a doula since 2016, Leah understands that birth is a natural phenomenon experienced in your own unique way, and the postpartum time is a space that invites intentional pause, resource and mindful care to learn about ourselves, our babies and new reality. As a mother of two small people, Leah has lived the value and vulnerability of this rite of passage into and through the early years of parenthood, and has great awareness of the challenges and joys balancing Self, family, and professional life for well-being. She is honored to offer tailored, non-judgmental and evidence-based care, supporting all birth circumstances and outcomes, and resourcing all parts of your experience during this special time of transition.

Free consultations as you find your best fit. 2-3 extended prenatal visits to discuss essential strategies for birth and early parenting preparation. Text and phone availability for your questions and concerns throughout your pregnancy. On-call windows typically start at 37 weeks of pregnancy. Care at home and continuity of care throughout labor and the immediate postpartum recovery. Follow up care at home, bridging your birth experience with the new reality of early parenthood. Arrival time within 2 hours from the time you request the start of care. Up to 24 hours of continuous care after your doula arrives at your home. Backup doula support if the need for childcare is longer than anticipated
