I need help getting baby to sleep at night. I don’t know when she’s hungry or over tired yet. I don’t know my budget because i don’t know what the typical rates are

We are looking for someone to care for the baby at night. This person would bring the baby to me to feed since I am breastfeeding, and and then take baby back to burp, soothe, swaddle and get to sleep. We would like to eventually implement sleep training, ideally around eight weeks old. Right now the baby is two weeks old. Ideally, the caregiver will have certifications for caring for newborns. As far as pricing, we aren’t sure what to expect and we’re open to discussing.

Requesting for a night nanny on occasional weekdays or weekends for taking on call. 2 children - aged 5 and 1.5. The 1.5 year old requires milk prior to sleep and rarely wakes up unless needing a diaper change or more milk. 5 year old sleeps through the night excluding the occasional bathroom trip(s). light cooking, cleaning, folding clothes, putting dishes away.
