I wanted to be more informed for my second birth, so I took Lindsay's Hypnobabies course, and she was my doula. We met many times during my pregnancy because she was the one teaching the course. The support I received from Lindsay was truly incredible. Lindsay is very quick to respond. I could text her anytime and she would reply in 5 minutes. She is knowledgeable, and if she didn't know, she would get back to me without needing to ask. She truly goes the extra mile to help you make informed decisions. She is unbiased and non-judgmental, and advocates for bodily autonomy.
I was amazed at how my hypnobabies training, combined with Lindsay's care during my labor, helped me stay calm and relaxed the entire time. I was so relaxed and comfortable that I had an unplanned home birth with Lindsay (no midwife)! Words can't capture how life-changing it was in the best possible way. I love how attentive she was in changing my position, giving hip squeezes, providing cold towels, and staying with us, holding my baby while we navigated the hospital visit, etc. She goes the extra mile for her clients. I would highly recommend her services and hypnobabies (they pair excellent together) to a friend if you're looking for a calm, unmedicated birth experience!

Initially I was so scared of doing birthing again; however, Lindsay came to the rescue! Before I took Lindsay's Hypnobabies class, my biggest fear about birth was not being able to trust that doctors would honor and trust my body or my baby during the birthing process. I was deeply concerned that my desires and intuition might be overlooked in a medical setting, leading to an experience that felt out of my control.
Lindsay's class was nothing short of transformative. The most impactful part for me was learning to trust my body and support it through the incredible changes of pregnancy and birthing. This newfound trust made me feel empowered, confident, and genuinely excited as I approached my delivery.
An unexpected and wonderful perk of the class was how it brought my husband and me onto the same page. We developed a shared language and understanding of the birthing process, which was invaluable. During our four-day birthing journey, he had the tools to help me stay calm, and he could keep himself calm as well, making the experience much more manageable and deeply connected for both of us.
If a best friend were considering taking a Hypnobabies class, I would passionately tell them to absolutely go for it! The class is incredibly comprehensive and will make you feel so prepared and confident. And there is truly no one better to teach it than Lindsay. She practices what she preaches, having had five Hypnobabies births herself. Her passion for this work shines through in every session. Lindsay is fiercely caring, reliable, incredibly helpful, and immensely knowledgeable. I can't recommend her enough – she will make your birthing experience beautiful and empowering!

My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about Lindsay. She is an extraordinary doula. You know, some people are just made to do what they do. Well, Lindsay was born to bring babies into this world. She was magnificent at every step in our journey, from helping us figure out the details of our birth plan to calm and steady coaching and helping us navigate the birthing process, and being available constantly in those early days and weeks after our child’s birth. "Our biggest fear was not having the magical experience that we both had been dreaming about. We wanted to experience the birth of our son in a new light compared to the birth of our daughter. We decided that we needed a professional with experience to support our dreams. Having a doula was truly the key to success. We were educated, informed, supported, loved, and championed through our entire pregnancy and birthing experience. I don't think I can pick just one thing that we found helpful because there was so much that we loved. We found the education, knowledge, reassurance, love, support, and physical presence to be unbelievably essential to our story. We had not anticipated the feeling of becoming family with our doula but we welcomed it greatly! Having a Doula is an investment, but it pays off 10 fold. There are things that I would sacrifice in my birth story but my doula is not one of those things. I could not have done it without her and our story would have never been as magical without her. The most valuable part for me was the physical support during my birthing time. This is when I felt like I was at my most vulnerable and yet every need was met before I even knew I had a need. It wasn't until we started taking our Hypnobabies class that we realized how important having someone in our corner was going to be. My only regret is realizing how amazing having a doula was later in my pregnancy. I wish I had come to this realization in my first trimester."
