We are so grateful for Lisa and the incredible support she provided our family. She helped guide us through sleep training, feeding, and overall newborn care, giving us complete peace of mind at night. Thanks to her, our baby thrived — and we were actually able to rest! She is kind, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful to have by your side during those early months. We can’t recommend her enough.

When my wife said "We should consider investing in a night doula!," I didn't even know what that meant as a first-time parent. But when I met Lisa the evening we brought our first child home from a longer-than-expected hospital stay, it was crystal clear why investing in this level of support, care, attention, and genuine authenticity made sense. Exceptional, Knowledgeable, A blessing, Invaluable, Sage advice - all the other reviews on this list are 100% accurate, and yet they probably cannot encapsulate how incredibly awesome Lisa was for me, my wife, and our son during these first two months of parenthood. Lisa always took time to listen to the multitude of questions we (really, me) had, was quick to provide recommendations and suggestions to help support our son's development and care (most of which we've never thought of), and was always early to our home to make sure that we were good to go for the evening. And for a father like myself - who wants to do everything as best as humanly possible - Lisa took extra time and care to help me learn how to swaddle and bottle feed my son (the patience she has is immeasurable.) Again - this review probably doesn't cover everything that we appreciate about Lisa's support, but I'm hopeful that if you've made it this far, you'll pick up the phone / open up your email and reach out as soon as possible. I trust Lisa with our new addition to the family - and you should too. Lisa - we are forever grateful.

Lisa is an exceptional doula who has provided invaluable support to our baby in her first few months. Her expertise in caring for both baby and mom is truly remarkable. Caring for Baby: Lisa's ability to discover and solve for baby reflux was a game-changer. She quickly identified the signs of reflux and recommended adjustments to our baby's feeding and sleeping routines that provided significant relief. She also has a keen eye for spotting potential issues, such as an unfit nipple for our bottles that was causing discomfort, as well as recognizing early signs of overfeeding. Her guidance helped us make adjustments to ensure our baby's wellbeing. When our little one was having trouble settling, Lisa provided fantastic tips and techniques to help calm the baby down. Her soothing methods were incredibly effective. We also really appreciated Lisa's recommendation to use a tracking app to log our baby's feedings, sleep, and other activities. This helped us spot patterns and trends that were invaluable for making informed decisions. Caring for Mom: As a new mom, I was grateful for Lisa's advice on using nipple cream to prevent and heal any damage from breastfeeding. Her tips were spot-on and provided much-needed relief. She also shared excellent guidance on bottle feeding, ensuring that we gave our baby a good experience without discomfort. When I started pumping, Lisa's tips for using the portable breast pump were enormously helpful. She gave me confidence in my ability to continue providing breastmilk for our baby. Overall, Lisa's exceptional care, knowledge, and warm personality make her an outstanding doula. I would highly recommend her to any new parent looking for compassionate, expert support.
