I am a dietitian and I understand the importance of breast-feeding and my long-term goal is to rest fit my baby for at least two years, but I am struggling immensely wish my breastmilk output, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong; I’m wondering if my flange size is incorrect or if I’m not using my pump correctly. Please help I’m losing confidence, I’m so sad that this is not working out. I speak English and Spanish, any language would be fine. We are currently uninsured. Both in person or online consultations are ok. Thank you so much,
I plan to give birth at a hospital. I don't know the costs of doula. I was hoping to get something that is covered completely by insurance. My budget is under $1000 as long as a payment plan is offered. My plan for birth is to go unmedicated. I'm eager to learn about pain management that doesn't include an epidural.
