I have Medicaid I’m breast feeding my newborn and having a lot of difficulty with a very fast letdown which is making him choke and gulp a lot of air then gassy. I would really love guidance I’ve tried laid back, side lying, pumping before, hand expressing, everything and my baby always seems distressed after feeding.

My breast milk supply seems to be becoming insufficient as of this week. I used to pump 5oz out of one breast and now I get 1.5oz out of both. My baby seems constantly agitated and hungry and I need to make sure I am making enough milk

I’m looking for a breastfeeding medicine doctor. I am 2.5 weeks postpartum pumping every 2 hours consistently every day and only getting one ounce between both breasts. I was induced and had a very traumatic c section at 37 weeks due to preeclampsia and other lactation consultants I have spoken with say that may be why my supply is so low.
