I am diabetic and considered high risk. I will be giving birth at a hospital but haven’t fully established a birth plan. I would like help with lactation, sleep training cooking. I have bluecross blue shield.

I am in need of a doula to guide myself and my husband, Shaheen, through the pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period (including breastfeeding). We are hoping you can provide us with specific, actionable ways for Shaheen to support me during pregnancy, especially during labor, and during the postpartum period. I hope to labor at home as long as possible, avoid the epidural if possible, and I really would like to avoid a C-section. I am eager to learn about natural birthing techniques and positions that work with my body and gravity. I try to live a more holistic life style these days and after becoming aware of the pharmaceutical industry and how they operate in the US. I’m very frightened and would love to work on having a VBAC for this child.
