Lolonyo Carter (she/her) is a DC-based full-spectrum doula, certified herbalist, Master Reiki practitioner, and relationship & intimacy coach. As the founder of Ancestral Roots Wellness, she supports individuals and families through life’s most sacred transitions—pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, and the evolving seasons of partnership and identity. Her work is rooted in ancestral wisdom, evidence-based care, and a deep belief that every family deserves to feel informed, held, and empowered.
