I am currently seeking postpartum doula support in Columbus, Georgia. I will be delivering at St. Francis-Emory Healthcare and anticipate needing support beginning in the last weeks of May and continuing through the full month of June. I am looking for a doula who must be available afternoons into evenings for about five hours per day, five days per week. My primary need is assistance with pet care, especially walking my dogs, along with general postpartum support. This includes helping ensure I am eating regularly, providing gentle reminders for self-care, and assisting with light housekeeping to help maintain a calm and supportive home environment during recovery. I value someone who is reliable, compassionate, and comfortable supporting both postpartum recovery and household needs.

I plan to give birth at South Cobb Wellstar Hospital. I will be using insurance Medicare to cover my delivery, so I am looking for someone who accepts insurance-based clients and works within those guidelines. I am planning a regular vaginal birth in a hospital setting. I would like a supportive and calm environment, with clear communication throughout labor and delivery. My goal is to have a safe and smooth birth experience, and I am open to medical interventions if they become necessary for the health of me or my baby. I would also appreciate support with pain management options and guidance during labor. Overall, I’m looking for a professional who is experienced, compassionate, and supportive throughout the process.

In need of a (CM) certified midwife or doula. I've had a C section once back in 2022 and am being rejected from every home birthing/birthing center because of it. I live in Alabama.
