About Lydia

Hi, I’m Lydia, and I am a birth doula, health and wellness coach, and massage therapist. I began this journey out of a deep passion for taking care of those around me, guiding them to become their best selves. In this pursuit, a thought struck me: what about the caretakers who dedicate their lives to caring for others all day long? Who is taking care of them? The realization ignited a fire within me, prompting me to focus on nurturing the nurturers, mothering the mothers, and caring for the caretakers. My mission became clear; to provide support, encouragement, and resources to those who selflessly give so much to others, ensuring they also receive the care they deserve.

What to expect

I offer birth doula support, prenatal massage therapy, postnatal massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, and health and wellness coaching in my practice! I am also now certified to teach parents infant massage! Virtual Services Include: Prenatal/Postpartum Wellness Coaching Infant Massage Class

What is infant massage?

Infant massage is a form of touch therapy that can be used to improve bonding, improve growth and development, and soothe common ailments for your baby! I offer group classes and 1 on 1 lessons for parents and caregivers!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We can work together to find one that works for you! Typically, I ask that all packages are paid in full by week 37, and require a deposit before the first prenatal meeting!

Where do you offer massage?

I offer massage at a place called Holistic Harmony in Hoover, AL. However, I am glad to offer mobile (in-home) massage to my existing clients who are postpartum, when it’s a bit more difficult to get out with a new baby!

What is postpartum wellness support?

The postpartum period can be a hard transition to go through! I offer a program that helps postpartum mothers learn how to nurture themselves so they can better nurture their babies!
