Service introduction

If you choose to hire me as your doula we will have a couple appointments prior to your delivery date. Throughout these appointments we will go over your birth plan, expectations as my role being a doula, creating a team plan for labor and birth, open conversations about fears, desires, thoughts that may come across during pregnancy. I will provide you with important educational information that may help you and your partner get more prepared for when the time comes to welcome your baby. I will attend your labor and set everything accorded to your birth plan making sure you feel supported and safe through labor and birth. We will also have some postpartum time to make sure you are coping as smoothly as possible. In addition to my services you will also receive my personal recommendations of music, books, pregnancy goodies and podcasts that I know will make your pregnancy and labor experience a memorable one.
