Whether it’s helping you manage pain, navigating the stages of labor, or simply offering a calming presence, my goal is to ensure you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. After the baby arrives, my support continues as I assist with infant care basics, help with household tasks, and offer valuable advice on feeding and self-care. I’m here to be a comforting presence and a reliable resource as you adjust to life with your new baby. With me by your side, you can feel confident and prepared as you embark on this new chapter. As your Certified Lactation Consultant', I'm here to offer warm and supportive help through your breastfeeding journey. I'll assist you with finding the most comfortable positions, ensuring a good latch, and addressing any questions or concerns you might have. My goal is to help you feel confident and at ease as you nurture your baby.

Birth & Labor Package
This package offers two prenatal visits (1.5 hours each) to help you prepare and create a personalized birth plan. You'll receive continuous support throughout labor and delivery, along with 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum assistance. I also provide lactation guidance and two postpartum visits within the first two weeks. For continued care, we’re available by phone and text for up to six weeks postpartum and offer a helpful resource list. Starting at 37 weeks, you'll have 24/7 access to us for any questions or support you may need.

Virtual Birth & Labor Support
This Virtual Birth Package provides full support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It includes up to three 90-minute video sessions for childbirth education, labor techniques, and birth planning, with ongoing feedback via email, phone, and text. You'll have unlimited virtual support during labor and for 2 hours after birth, with 24/7 availability. Two virtual postpartum follow-up visits within the first two weeks after birth, each lasting 1-2 hours.

First Time Parent Postpartum Package
This is used anytime in the first 12 weeks following birth. It includes 16 hours of comprehensive support, with each visit lasting 3-4 hours. I provide newborn care and education, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and lactation support. Additionally, I offer guidance on safe sleep practices and can connect you with valuable resources or referrals as needed.
