Find Birth Doula Jobs Near Marietta, GA

Hello I am looking for a doula to have someone both help and educate me through the process of being pregnant/birth and also advocate for me during birth. I will be giving birth at Wellstar Kennestone. I really want to do everything I can to have a vaginal delivery and not get coerced into having a c section but I am a first time mom so I’m nervous that given the moment I will be nervous and want to just listen to whatever the doctor says at first. I also think that I want to do a few things differently from a classic hospital birth like no induction, possibly not fully numb with the epidural so I can do some moving. Not birthing on my back and a delayed vaccine schedule.

I plan to give birth at a hospital. Our estimated budget for a doula is $1000. I hope to labor at home for the first part, then go to the hospital and deliver. I am open to an epidural if necessary but would like to try more natural alternatives/positions first.
