About me

Hi! I’m a postpartum doula and Pregnancy & Infant Loss advocate serving central North Dakota. I’m especially passionate about whipping up highly nutritious meals for my healing mothers, helping families create functional nighttime routines during my overnight visits, and ensuring my clients are emotionally supported and uplifted so they can feel confident, capable and comfortable after graduating from my care.

I offer in-home, daytime & overnight postpartum doula services including: -newborn care -pampering mama -emotional support (helping parents process the birth story, body image changes, mental health check-ins, etc) -meal prep healing meals for recovery -light housekeeping and laundry -errands -basic breastfeeding help -providing resources and recommendations

Daytime Pricing

$120 per shift, four hours in length

Overnight Shift

$400 for 8 hour shift (10pm-6am) $480 for 10 hour shift (10pm-8am)
