My goal is to help you rest and recover while ensuring your baby is cared for with gentleness, attentiveness, and expertise. I assist with overnight feedings, diapering, swaddling, soothing, sleep training as well as implementing healthy sleep habits that support long-term routine development. In addition to hands-on newborn care, I also provide helpful overnight support services such as baby laundry, bottle and breast pump part sanitizing, light housekeeping, and nursery organization/setup.
