I provide non-judgmental support and advocate for your birth wishes, even as plans evolve throughout the course of labor and delivery. I do not make healthcare decisions for you or speak on your behalf, but encourage you and your partner to voice your birth preferences and offer informational guidance to help you make well-informed decisions. My goal is for you to have an empowered and satisfying birth, no matter what kind of birth that is! I am a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International, and a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS).
