MaryKate was so helpful during my pregnancy. She provided me with exercises to prepare for labor, as well as talked me through the benefits of perineal massages and how to perform them. My labor was quick and I had no postpartum issues, which I credit to my exercises and massages! Thank you so much MaryKate!
