The provider should be fully vaccinated, including COVID, Tdap, and flu, TB-tested, background-checked, and highly confident supporting second-time parents with calm, nurturing, consistent newborn care. The care recipient will be a newborn, and we need support with overnight feedings, bottle preparation, breast milk storage, burping, diapering, bathing, swaddling, umbilical and circumcision care if applicable, soothing a crying baby, and maintaining feeding and sleep routines. We would also value someone who can guide us as parents, support mother-baby bonding and breastfeeding routines, help establish nap and sleep structures, and provide gentle sleep-training guidance when developmentally appropriate. Additional duties should be baby-related only, such as washing bottles and pump parts, keeping feeding and nursery areas tidy, and baby laundry, and our estimated budget is flexible for a top-tier, certified provider with the correct experience and credentials.
