Hi! I’m a birth and postpartum doula serving the greater Greenville area, and I’m truly passionate about supporting families during this incredible chapter of life. I love walking alongside women and their partners as they prepare for birth and then into parenthood. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply respectful of your vision. I believe every family deserves to feel safe, heard, and cared for, and it’s an honor to hold that space for you. I offer continuous emotional and physical support so you feel safe, heard, and empowered during labor and delivery. In the postpartum period, I help with newborn care, breastfeeding, light household tasks, nourishing meals, and emotional integration as you adjust to life with your baby. My approach is deeply personal and respectful, I’m here to walk beside you with care and presence during this sacred transition.

What exactly do you do during birth?

I stay with you through labor and birth, offering comfort measures (like massage, positions, and breathing), emotional encouragement, and help communicating your wishes. I also support your partner so they can focus on being with you.

I’m nervous and don’t know what to expect. How can you help?

That’s exactly why many people hire a doula. I help you prepare, answer questions, and provide reassurance throughout pregnancy. During labor, I help you navigate the unknowns so you don’t feel alone. In the postpartum period, I help you adjust to life with your new baby and answer all the “is this normal?” questions.

What does postpartum support look like?

I come to your home to help you rest and heal while learning how to care for your baby. This can include breastfeeding support, newborn care guidance, light household help, nourishing meals, and simply having someone there to talk to during those tender, overwhelming first weeks.

Do I need a doula if I have a supportive partner or family?

Many people with great partners still hire a doula. I support both of you, giving your partner practical tools and breaks when needed, while offering experienced guidance that friends and family often can’t provide.
