What’s Included: 1 prenatal visit (1.5 hrs), discussion of birth goals, comfort techniques, partner guidance, emotional check-in, and a written birth plan.
The Seed - On-Call Birth Support
Description: Focused support during delivery. I provide encouragement, advocacy, and gentle guidance to help you feel confident and cared for as you welcome your baby. What’s Included: 1 prenatal call (45 mins), 24/7 on-call from 38 weeks, in-person delivery support (up to 5 hrs, $30/hr beyond), coaching during pushing, skin-to-skin support, immediate postpartum care, and newborn feeding guidance.
Root & Seed - Labor + Birth
Description: Comprehensive care from early labor through delivery. I offer steady presence and guidance so you feel prepared, supported, and confident from start to finish. What’s Included: 2 prenatal visits (1 hr), 24/7 on-call from 38 weeks, in-person labor + delivery support (up to 20 hrs, $30/hr beyond), comfort techniques, advocacy, partner support, and immediate postpartum care.
The Nest - Postpartum Care
Description: Support as you transition home with your baby. I provide care that centers your rest, recovery, and confidence in your new role. What’s Included: 4 postpartum visits (2 hrs), newborn care guidance, feeding support, emotional check-ins, light household help, meal prep, and referrals to additional resources. Please inquire about overnights.
Seed Package - Essentials
Description: Steady care through the essentials of your journey with focused preparation, birth support, and early postpartum guidance. What’s Included: 2 prenatal visits (1.5 hrs), continuous labor + birth support (up to 18 hrs, $30/hr beyond), immediate postpartum, and 1 postpartum home visit (2 hrs).
Rooted Package - Comprehensive
Description: Deeper care for families who want added preparation, continuous birth support, and dedicated postpartum recovery. What’s Included: 2 prenatal visits (1.5 hrs each), continuous labor + birth support (up to 21 hrs, $30/hr beyond), 2 postpartum visits (2 hrs each), and ongoing phone/text support through 6 weeks.
Organa Birth Full Spectrum Package
Description: Complete care from pregnancy through postpartum, blending traditional and modern wellness for a full-circle experience. What’s Included: 3 prenatal visits (1.5 hrs each), continuous labor + birth support (up to 21 hrs, $30/hr beyond), 3 postpartum visits (2 hrs each), ongoing phone/text support through 6 weeks. and your choice of placenta encapsulation or herbal yoni steam.
Sacred Birth - Cesarean Support
Description: Support tailored for cesarean birth. I offer preparation, advocacy, and postpartum guidance so you feel safe, respected, and cared for. Milk Moon - Lactation Support
Description: Gentle guidance through feeding. I help with latching, positioning, pumping, or challenges so you and your baby feel comfortable and connected. What’s Included: 1 in-home or virtual visit (1.5 hrs), feeding assessment, latch and positioning support, pumping guidance, education, encouragement, and resources.
Milk Moon Bundle - Lactation
Description: Ongoing lactation care with multiple sessions. Designed to walk with you as feeding unfolds and changes, offering steady support. What’s Included: 3 visits (1.5 hrs each), initial assessment, follow-ups, latch and positioning checks, troubleshooting, pumping guidance, and personalized resources.
Placenta Encapsulation
Description: A supportive option to promote recovery, energy, and balance after birth. Capsules are prepared safely and respectfully for your healing. What’s Included: Placenta pickup within 2 hrs of birth, safe preparation, encapsulation into 80–200 capsules, delivery within 1 week, usage guidance, and storage instructions.
Herbal Yoni Steam
Description: A gentle, restorative practice to support healing and relaxation after birth. Custom herbs are chosen with care for your body’s needs. What’s Included: 1 guided session (60 mins) or at-home kit, personalized herbal blend, safe steaming process, setup guidance, and aftercare suggestions.
