About me

My name is Meghan polly, I am a very proud mother of 2 under 2. As a mother myself I have experienced many of the ups and downs of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and beyond. I have personal experience with an epidural birth, birth trauma, NICU stay as well as a very empowered natural birth with zero medical intervention. These experiences, combined with my full-spectrum holistic doula training, have shaped me into the support I wish every mother had. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel: • Informed • Supported • Empowered • Fully in charge of their journey My approach is deeply heart-centered and holistic.
