About me

Hello and welcome! My name is Melanie and I am married to my husband Tyree! We live in Raleigh and have a beautiful daughter, Ava Brooke and a Chihuahua, Penelope. I enjoy listening to podcasts, shopping, exercising, and spending quality time with my little fam when I am not supporting my clients. I have 10+ years of experience with serving families in the triangle area. My background is in education as I have a B.S. degree in early childhood studies. I am a certified Labor and certified Postpartum and Infant Care doula. My goal as your doula is to honor your birth plan/goals, keep your space safe and comfortable, and to give you evidence based information so that you can make your own informed decisions. A few words to describe me are: calm, bubbly, nurturing, & supportive.
