I would like to birth at home. Budget would be low, we are a one-income family on state issued insurance. I have had three successful hospital births. I have a very supportive husband who is a practicing Paramedic. My husband caught our most recent child upon delivery. I labor for about a day but transition and deliver very quickly. I would plan on a very hands off natural way of delivery. I've longed for the calm and peace of being in my own home and not having nurses prod and check according to hospital protocols. The only drug I would use if allowed would be nitrous oxide.

We try to remain as natural and non toxic as we can and use natural medicine when available and would like for pregnancy to remain the same. We would love to meet and see if we might be a good fit! I plan to have an all natural at home birth. Would like to have a water birth but not set on it. In order for my insurance to cover a midwife they need to hold a CNM credential. I desire a low-intervention, physiologic birth with freedom of movement, minimal routine procedures, and informed consent for all care. My goal is to support birth as God designed it unless medical necessity arises. We are also planning to decline routine newborn vaccinations and prefer minimal newborn interventions, with immediate skin-to-skin and delayed cord clamping.

I am happy to give birth at home or at a hospital as long as they allow a naturel birth. Our budget is almost non existent but we have (HIP) which should be able to cover everything. My birth plan is to labor naturally no medication involved, I will have my husband there helping me through, and once baby is born I choose that the cored not be cut until it is white, no shot for the baby, and at least an hour of skin to skin. Also I choose not to give birth on my back and I would like to have the freedom to move about the room as much as I need till it's time to push baby out.
