I plan to give birth at home I don’t really have a full birth plan yet budget is quite literally whatever is needed I would like for my midwife to at least have two years experience and speak English and be a little older in age I would most definitely like help with getting sleep and completing normal household activities

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable Night Nanny/Postpartum Doula to provide overnight support to a family with a newborn infant. The ideal candidate will promote a safe, nurturing environment for the baby while supporting the physical and emotional well-being of the parents during the postpartum period. Key Responsibilities Newborn Care: Provide attentive overnight care for a newborn infant. Feed, burp, soothe, and settle the baby back to sleep. Change diapers and monitor the infant's comfort and well-being throughout the night. Follow safe sleep practices and maintain a safe sleep environment. Track feedings, diaper changes, sleep patterns, and any notable observations. Assist with establishing healthy feeding and sleep routines. Light Household Duties Related to Infant Care: Wash and sterilize bottles, pump parts, and feeding supplies. Prepare bottles and organize infant supplies. Launder and fold baby clothing, burp cloths, and bedding as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery and infant care areas. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Night Nanny, Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, or similar role. Knowledge of newborn development, feeding, and safe sleep practices. Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Reliable transportation and strong professional references.

I am seeking a birth doula to assist me bedside while in labor that is covered by my insurance. This will be a VBAC Delivery
