Hello everyone! My name is Mery E Febrillet. Grateful to enter this beautiful world of birth by guiding families to positive and peaceful births, serving as a CCE/ Doula. I am thrilled to be a blessing to others! The first birth I helped with was amazing, and I loved every second of it. I look forward to supporting families in their unique birth experiences. Some fun facts about me: I love learning new things, cooking plant-based food, especially cheesecake, and giving random back massages to people I think may need it.

As a Christian Doula, I look to care centered on compassion, prayer if desired, and honoring each family’s values. offering birth planning, offering any natural considerations to help throughout the pregnancy, and leading to the birth. Comfort measures like massage, exercise coaching, breathing exercises, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, or TENS therapy throughout labor to help with pain and contractions, as per need of the mother. Encouraging mother and father with Bible affirmations to increase faith over fear, assist in any capacity after labor, such as cleaning and assisting in breastfeeding.
From my perspective as a husband and father, Mery’s presence during this pregnancy was nothing short of a blessing. This pregnancy required me to be everywhere at once... She will forever be part of our daughter’s birth story and part of ours.

Some people enter your life for a reason. Mery entered ours at one of the most sacred moments we will ever experience. Mery was a doula student at the time, and our labor was her very first birth... We are endlessly grateful for the love and devotion she poured into our family.
