I’m a fairly young first time mother so i’m not really well versed in all the labor & baby things. I plan on having the baby at metropolitan methodist Hospital, from my brief research i’d say my budget would be about $1500 & as far as my birth plan i’d like to give birth in a hospital, medicated as i’m not sure if anything else as of yet.

I’m 3 days postpartum with a newborn and a 1 y/o plus a 10 y/o at home. Andrew (my fiancé) will be here until next week, then I’ll be on my own. I want to heal while carrying my toddler. By then, I’ll be about 1.5 weeks pp, and my parents might be able to come over occasionally to help. On top of that, my 10 y/o needs to go to school and be picked up, which is an hour drive round trip. I’ll need to load up both the toddler and my new born, and that’s a lot. I can talk to Andrew about it, but I know he won’t be able to do school runs every day. I’m also concerned about my sleep. The newborn is up about at night and I won’t be able to sleep when he sleeps during the days since I’ll have the toddler with me too.

Looking for someone with experience already that is certified in infant care, hold cpr/choking certifications. Looking for 10/15 days a month during the night while my husband is on shift. Hello! My husband and I are seeing a private OB currently. We are planning for a hospital birth. We are looking for someone who can provide support to myself(patient) but also my husband. We have a strong faith and believe birthing is a miracle but would love to have a well experienced support system in the room with us from beginning to end. To help calm those nerves, talk us through situations and be a guidance. Also to help voice our wants/needs while in the hospital. Going into it I am hoping for a vaginal delivery, possibly unmedicated. However will assess the situation when it comes. I would love some natural holistic approaches as well.

I will be giving birth at Boone hospital with Dr. Borgmeyer, and my due date is May 20th. This is my first baby, and I'd like help advocating for my birth in the hospital. I am a 40 year old, pregnant for the first time. Other than my “advanced age” I’m otherwise very healthy. Normal BMI, active, no preconditions. I would like to have a relaxed, minimally medicalized, minimally invasive birth but due to my age, I fear that will be not respected. I will also likely have to take unpaid leave after birth.

Would have to help with setting systems and routines to alleviate factors that trigger ppd and ppa, as well as work with family on sleep coaching for better overall mental health. Ideally, this person would take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Vaginally, with no epidural. I do NOT want to be induced unless it is literally life or death. I plan to move around and try several positions, and am very interested in a water birth.
