Welcome friends, my name is Mikayla Castilloux and I am a certified birth doula located in Buffalo, NY. I'm passionate about supporting families through every stage of pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey with compassion, knowledge and calm reassurance. My goal is to help parents become empowered and informed, while feeling nurtured as they welcome their blessing into the world. While l'm not working with families, I love spending time outdoors, making memories with my family and watching a good movie.

Two prenatal meetings to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques and prepare for labor and postpartum. 24/7 on-call support starting at 36 weeks until your baby arrives. Continuous in-person labor support from early active labor through the first hours after birth. One postpartum visit to provide emotional support, newborn care guidance and birth debriefing. Text and phone support throughout pregnancy for questions or reassurance.
