Hello - we have a 2 week old and are looking for help with overnight care.

I plan on giving birth at the Mayo Clinic in Owatonna. My insurance (Ucare) covers 7 doula visits, for a certified doula. I would like to use this benefit. I do not have a birth plan. I had a high risk pregnancy and thought I would have to have a c section. I recently found out that the "high risk" thing is no longer a factor and I can now have a natural labor.
