Morgan Knighton
About me
For the past 4 years I have helped many families in the 4th trimester. I love what I do and the help and peace of mind I give mothers and families! My approach is very hands-on, nurturing, and personal. I help with newborn care, feeding, soothing, establishing routines, meal preparation, light household support, and most importantly, making sure Mom feels cared for too. I want the families I work with to feel comfortable, heard, and supported without judgment. Whether Mom needs a moment to shower, catch up on sleep, talk through how she’s feeling, or simply have an extra set of hands with the baby, I’m there. My goal is to make those early days a little easier while giving parents the confidence and reassurance they need to find their own rhythm

Service introduction
My services are centered around Mom, baby, and the whole family. From newborn care, soothing, feeding support, and establishing routines to light meal preparation and helping around the home, I’m there to be that extra set of hands when you need them most. I believe Mom deserves care and support too, so I create a judgment free space where you can rest, recover, ask questions, and simply breathe. My goal is to help make your postpartum experience feel a little lighter, more supported, and filled with more time to enjoy your new baby.
