Hi! I'm Raleigh, a certified Postpartum Doula helping families adapt to their new chapter of life. My specialties lie in honest reflection, problem solving and adapting. I believe that birth is a portal and getting to know yourself and your baby on the other side can take time and need support. My goal is for you to feel held while you hold your little one. I'm a Pilates and Yoga pro with over 600 hours worth of training and 6 years worth of teaching. I love to weave movement and breathwork for postpartum healing in sessions. I create an open space for parents seeking physical and emotion support, infant education, or genuine heart-to-heart connection. Your Doula is a key aspect of your village. Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Standard Package - Most Common Package

20 hours of support. Spread over 4-5 daytime visits, ideally within a 4-6 week window.

$35 USD · Per hour

Starter Package - Getting Established

10 hours. Spread out over 2-3 daytime visits, ideally used within 2-4 weeks.

$35 USD · Per hour

Comprehensive Package - Consistent Support

40 hours. Spread out over daytime at your discretion, used over 6-8 weeks.

$35 USD · Per hour

What to expect

As a Postpartum Doula my services of day-time support include, infant check-ins and education, sleep and feeding support, and family care. Whether you need to reflect on your birth and your postpartum experience, take a shower while someone watches the baby, or help prepping lunches and dinners for the week, I'm here for you and your family.

Frequently asked questions

How long is a typical Postpartum Doula session?

Most sessions are booked for 2-5 hours. In that time, we debrief what's new with you and baby, I answer any questions you have, and help chip away at to-do list chores that are top priority.

How do I plan my sessions out?

After you decide on your package and agree to the contracted rate, we'll discuss a time frame in which you'd like to have my services. Most timeframes are between 2-6 weeks depending on how often you use your sessions and how many hours you purchase upfront.

What if I decide to change my plan during our contract?

Cancellation is covered in the contract and understandable if either party needs to change course. Extending your support is always an option, and would result in a second package purchase and second contract signed. Options are available for veteran clients or referral based clients who need something unique.

What if I can't afford the services provided?

As a Doula, I want to provide support to people who need it. I always offer a few payment plan options with a nonrefundable retainer for my time. But the remaining money can be broken down as needed to get your family the support you're looking for.
