I am looking for extra in any support that I can at the moment I’m currently going through a divorce and my husband is not going to be a part of any of the process or the babies life. I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’m not sure what my budget is right now as I am new to all of this so I don’t know where it ranges and also I don’t have a birth plan because I’m not sure what that’s supposed to look like this is all very new to me and I’m under a lot of anxiety and I don’t even know where to start.

I plan to give birth at Christiana Care in northern Delaware. I’d like to find a doula that takes my insurance and can provide the 3 prenatal, 3 postnatal visits and labor/delivery support. I’m going to be a first time, single mom by choice and am not sure who, if anyone, will be in the delivery room with me and I’d like an advocate and someone I trust to help support and help me understand what is going on and my choices in real time. I’ve also never given birth before so someone that can help me figure out what to expect, what should even be included in a birth plan and what choices or things I should consider.
