Needing day support 5 hours a day for three weeks for my four month twin girls. Looking at 3-4 days a week , potentially nights as well.

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I have estimated $3,000 for doula services. I have always been very scared of birth, I do not handle pain well. I try to be all natural in my life but know I will not be able to handle a natural birth. I am even hoping for a c section but want to discuss with an expert.

We have twin girls and are looking for a night nurse who can come to the house for 2 or 3 days each week so my wife and I can sleep. Night nurse would handle feeding the twins overnight and being available if/when they wake up. Hours between 10pm and 6 or 7am.

I had an emergency cerclage done on Christmas Day due to my cervix and the MFM high risk Dr. caught it in time. Bc I was starting to dilate early. I plan to give birth at Dublin Methodist Hospital or Grady Memorial Hospital. My estimated budget depends on what my insurance cover. I plan on having a vaginal delivery and may go into labor around 35-26 weeks if my ob/gyn removes my cerclage around that time. I do plan on breastfeeding baby phoenix. My boyfriend and I had a healthy baby boy (high risk during that time due to my sarcoidosis flare up) in February 2023 and my 1st pregnancy was also high risk due to my shortness of breath and sarcoidosis.
