About Naïka

Hi! My name is Naïka, BSN, MPH. I am a Holistic Birth Coach passionate about bringing mindfulness into the sacred spaces of conception, pregnancy, giving birth, parenting and daily living. I do this through coaching, facilitating guided meditations, speaking on this topic to all who will hear, and being a doula. I have over 10 years serving women and families in various capacities. I am in school to become a Certified Professional Midwife, and have a background in nursing, public health, research, and massage therapy. I enjoy incorporating the use of herbs, essential oils and simple practices to help you ground, center and connect with yourself. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey!
