I offer a variety of support services during your prenatal, birth and postpartum experience. Every person has different needs and the types of support will be determined during our consult. This may include but is not limited to education, evidence based information, creating a birth plan, comfort measures, birth presence, advocating in a medical setting, and postpartum care. I also offer plant medicine consultations, placenta encapsulation, belly binding, cerradas (bone closing), loss, grief, and end of life transition support. Postpartum support can vary from light house cleaning, meal prep, sibling care, pumping support, bottle feeding, newborn care, overnight support.
Nancy was an incredible support person during my labor and postpartum. She was warm, caring and most of all gave me all the information I needed to make choices that worked for me. She was nonjudgmental and I felt seen by her every step of the way.
