Mikizollin is a first generation mexica-na who feels deeply tied to her family relations and culture. As a birth worker she wants to provide gentle and affirming care to her clients. She is committed to creating a safe space, positive experience and nurturing environment for the birthing person and their family. Mikizollin is all about supporting her clients to create the process and birthing experience they desire in a dignified manner. She trusts the knowledge of traditional modalities and believes alongside evidence based care practices this transformational time can create long lasting benefits. Mikizollin believes respect is important and every body deserves to have full autonomy. It is a great honor for her to empower her clients during these intimate and sacred processes.

Service introduction

I offer a variety of support services during your prenatal, birth and postpartum experience. Every person has different needs and the types of support will be determined during our consult. This may include but is not limited to education, evidence based information, creating a birth plan, comfort measures, birth presence, advocating in a medical setting, and postpartum care. I also offer plant medicine consultations, placenta encapsulation, belly binding, cerradas (bone closing), loss, grief, and end of life transition support. Postpartum support can vary from light house cleaning, meal prep, sibling care, pumping support, bottle feeding, newborn care, overnight support.
