Hi, I’m Natalee- a postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, homeschooling mom, and believer that every family deserves a gentle, supported start. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and deep respect for each parent’s intuition. I see the postpartum season not as something to “get through,” but as a sacred transition- a time to slow down, rest, and grow together. My goal is to help parents feel confident and cared for, whether that means creating a calm rhythm at home, offering newborn care guidance, or simply holding space so you can rest and reconnect. I believe there’s no one “right” way to parent- just the way that feels right for you. My philosophy centers on helping families discover what works for them while reminding them they don’t have to do it all. Under the Stars Package

4 overnight shifts (8 hours each, 10PM–6AM)

Gentle Start Package

40 hours of support (over 3–4 weeks)
Daytime shifts (3–4 hours per session)

Flourish Package

80 hours of support (over 5–6 weeks)
Everything in Package 2 plus:
1–2 overnight shifts per week

Each package is designed to meet families at different levels of need and support. Under the Stars is ideal if you’re mainly looking for overnight rest and newborn care. Gentle Start offers a balance of daytime guidance and emotional support as you find your rhythm. Flourish is for families wanting the most comprehensive care — blending daytime, overnight, and deeper emotional and practical support.

What if I need additional hours or ongoing support?

You’re welcome to add on shifts or extend your care after your package ends. Many families begin with Gentle Start and move into Flourish for continued support.

When should I book a package?

Most families reserve their package during pregnancy to guarantee availability, but if you’re already home with your baby, I’ll do my best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Can I customize a package?

While package structures stay the same, you can personalize your experience by adding services from my à la carte menu. This allows you to tailor your support — whether that’s extra overnight care, meal prep assistance, or extended check-ins — without changing the core package itself.
