I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a passion for nutrition throughout all stages of life. I earned a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University in Dietetics and a Master of Advanced Study in Maternal and Child Nutrition from UC Davis. I completed my IBCLC mentorship at UC Davis Medical Center. Experience with supporting parents and babies through low milk supply, latching difficulties, pumping, and bottle feeding. Passionate about prenatal and postpartum nutrition, as well as the introduction of solid foods. My goal is to help parents feel confident in their feeding journey. By providing evidence-based education, and aims to allow parents to make informed decisions that are best for their families.
