Hi! I am a PHM-C as well as a doula. I am passionate about helping parents feel heard by their providers, especially during birth. I am here to support you in whatever type of birth that you choose - whether it be unmedicated or a c-section, the important thing is that you are presented with information to make informed choices about your health and your baby.

Service introduction

I offer birth doula services that include one in-person birth planning session (up to 2 hours), unlimited text and virtual support, up to 12 hours birthing support and one post-natal in person visit. I am passionate about providing quality services but also connecting clients to outside resources so that families can create a network of support for themselves and their children.
