About me

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Nataly—a mother of two, a wife, a creative designer, and a bilingual birth and postpartum doula. Long before I had children of my own, I dreamed of becoming a mother. That journey has been nothing short of transformative—beautiful, challenging, and deeply meaningful. It’s shaped who I am and fuels my passion for supporting others through their own parenting journeys. Whether you’re welcoming your first child or your fifth, you deserve to be supported, celebrated, and surrounded by compassion every step of the way. This belief is what led me to become a doula. My role is to provide evidence-based information and compassionate, nonjudgmental support, empowering you and your family to make the choices that feel right for you. I honor your unique preferences and needs throughout this deeply personal journey.

Service introduction

Hello new mamas and dads! The weeks following birth—often called the fourth trimester—are a critical time of healing, bonding, and adjustment. Thoughtfully planning for this period is just as important as preparing for labor and delivery. You deserve care, rest, and support as you recover and transition. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to ensure you feel cared for, nourished, and supported during this important transition. I’ll also provide gentle reminders to eat, hydrate, and rest—because your well-being matters. Support can include: • Holding your baby while you sleep or shower • Bottle and pump prep and sterilization • Infant feeding support (with referrals to trusted lactation professionals if needed)
